What to expect at a first class

What to wear
A plain t-shirt and loose pants. Shoes stay off the mat, and you don't need a uniform yet.
When to arrive
Ten minutes early, so you can sign in, find the shoe rack and meet your instructor.
What happens
Bow in, warm up, learn one skill and practice it with a partner. An instructor stays beside you.
