Classes
A class for each age, in the same dojo
Every class starts with a bow and a warm-up. What changes is the age, the pace and who is beside you.

Parent and child
Ages 4 to 7, with a parent or grandparent on the mat. Games and short drills teach the bow, the stance and taking turns.

Gentle stretches and light movement, at your own pace.
- 03
Step 3: Learn one skill
The instructor shows a block, a kick or a part of a form, and then breaks it into steps.
- 04
Step 4: Practice with a partner
Slow drills on pads, taking turns. You can sit out any drill.
- 05
Step 5: Bow out
We finish together, and parents are welcome to ask the instructor a question.
